I am a 17-year-old girl from Denmark who loves to cook healthy food and workout. One of my favorite quotes is, ”EAT THE RAINBOW” and therefore I always try to make my food as colorful as possible. If you go through my posts you will se that I am a huge fan of red peppers and cucumbers! Haha! Also I think that cooking should be easy and not too long lasting. Most of us live busy lives and only a few have time took cook for several hours every day. Eating is the favorite parts of my day (haha..) and yes, I eat a lot! But! Fuel is important when you are active!

As said, I LOVE to workout! Actually I am active for about 1-2 hours every day (or at least 6 days every week). I always make sure to combine my weight training with some cardio. Because yes, I am a weight lifting girl and no, I don’t really like the cardio part… I just love that feeling when I finally see some progress and GAINS. The cardio part is getting a little better though. I am training to run a half marathon in the end of May, and it is a great motivation.
