As always I’m posting this week’s workout schedule. It has been a busy week with a lot of school and many arrangements I had to enter. Buuut I found time to workout anyways – I guess I just can’t live without it 😉
Monday: 1 and a half hour at the gym: LEGS and a little abs
Tuesday: 9 km run (at 8.30 pm!)
Wednesday: 1 hour at the gym: Back attack and triceps
Thursday: 7 km run
Friday: Rest day
Saturday: 2 hours at the gym: shoulders, biceps, chest and a little abs.
Sunday: 10 km run
