Ready for a kick ass day? I started my day with this portion of baked oatmeal (boatmeal) and now I’m of to the gym for shoulders, biceps and chest! Later I’m gonna do a BIG pile of homework and then I’m going out for dinner with the entire family. Here is the recipe on the boatmeal – very easy to make btw.
Ingredients: 1dl oats, 2 egg whites, ½ banana and ½ dl water
How to: Mash the banana and mix it firmly with the other ingredients. Bake in the microwave for 2-3 minutes – and eat!
If you have a sweet tooth you can also add a little sweetener. I find it sweet enough with the banana so I didn’t though.
